Field Trip Request Form

Please allow two weeks for planning. Group rates are for 5 or more students. Field Trips are available Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm. SUBMITTING THIS FORM IS NOT A CONFIRMATION. We will contact you to confirm. Contact education@gorgediscovery.org or 541-296-8600 ext. 202 with questions.

    This allows us to properly staff the store. If your answer takes more than a yes or no, please discuss further with the Education Director.
