All are cordially invited to the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center & Museum’s 15th Annual Vintage Evening, October 5, 2024 beginning at 5:30pm. This gala event is our largest fundraiser of the year. Participation in the live and silent auctions, and sponsorship donations are crucial to the ongoing excellence of the Discovery Center and our ability to fulfill our mission: “to inspire stewardship of the Columbia River Gorge and Wasco County and to encourage active, life-long learning about our shared environment and the preservation, collection and interpretation of cultural and natural history of the region.”   This year’s celebratory theme is Buckaroo BBQ! The evening includes a delicious dinner by Lockstock BBQ complemented with local libations – wine, beer and whiskey. Live music by the Dufur Boys will get your feet tapping. The live and silent auctions will feature baskets packed with generous offerings from local and regional sponsors including exciting travel opportunities, outdoor adventure experiences, intimate dinner parties, wine tastings and much more.  Tickets for the event are $55 per person, or you can purchase a whole table (seating for you and nine of your guests) for $500. Your support includes dinner and libations, along with one heck of a good time! By purchasing a table, or by sponsoring our event at the levels below, you or your organization will be featured in the exclusive Thanks to our Supporters section in the evening’s program, as well as special signage recognizing your table purchase or sponsorship along with recognition in other official museum platforms. If you are unable to join us in person, kindly consider sponsoring our event as an Explorer ($100-$500), a Pathfinder ($500-$1000), a Sustainer ($1000-$5000) or a Steward ($5000-$10,000).  We hope you will take this opportunity to support the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center & Museum. To purchase a table, individual tickets, or a sponsorship, please contact our Admissions Desk and Museum Store, Columbia River Trading Company, at 541.296.8600 #201.
